2. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Prompts and Content: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to the prompts you enter into our AI tools.
Generated Assets: Upon full payment of appropriate subscription tiers (if applicable), you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the motion graphics and animations generated by Animode for both personal and commercial projects.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. You agree not to use the AI generator to create harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. Free plans have strict limits on asset duration and exports per month, which we reserve the right to modify at any time.
